  • Travelling over large distances in the metro cities or visiting the tier 2 and tier 3 towns was very time consuming
  • Support calls cost them money and time
  • It was better to deploy their staff for sales rather than support
  • Very few customers had quality internet connections to be able to give remote support

How do we support

  • Starting from 2018, since decent internet connections are available even in the smaller towns and because we have a good pool of technicians available at the head office, it has become possible to completely do away with the physical support.
  • Currently, we are supporting thousands of customers all across the country and abroad, in small towns and big ones and in the remotest corners of the globe using completely internet based remote support using the latest tools like AnyDesk.
